Rosarian Academy student John Throop III will compete in the state level competition of the National Geographic Bee.
The Florida State Bee will be held on April 1 at Jacksonville University. He qualified by winning his school bee.
One chpion from each state and territory will advance to the national competition May 22-25 at the National Geographic Society headquarters in Washington, D.C. Transportation and accommodations for the Washington, D.C., trip are provided for each state chpion
