Position Purpose: To elevate the visibility of the school for enrollment and advancement purposes by telling the Rosarian st01Y in inventive ways, and to provide clear and effective communication to internal and external constituencies.

General Summary: To work with the management team in creating and maintaining a strong and sustainable student marketing strategy for the school, overseeing all publications, advertising, website content, social media, press relations, event promotion and internal and external communications.

Rosarian Academy seeks part-time after care teachers to supervise young children 1-2 years old. Candidates must be patient and love working with children. Responsibilities include planning activities and games for the after care participants. Hours are 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm M-F. Candidates must have the state required 40 hours, or begin them right away upon employment.

  • Rosarian Academy seeks qualified coaches for boys flag football, boys lacrosse and girls basketball. Interested candidates should have experience in working with middle school age children in a sports environment, as well as a minimum of two years playing and/or coaching the relevant sport.

  • Rosarian Academy seeks a full-time Science Teacher with demonstrable classroom experience in physics, chemistry, biology and earth science. He or she has the desire to grow in an innovative professional learning community, is enthusiastic about teaching and learning, and is current with best practices. Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of the academic and social-emotional needs of middle school students in grades 5-8 and demonstrate the ability to teach students who vary in ability and learning styles. Candidates must be willing to collaborate with faculty and families and be flexible in order to meet the needs of the school community. Strong classroom management skills, solid communication, enthusiasm and a growth mindset are a must.

    Qualifications: all applicants must be certified or currently working toward secondary school certification and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field of study.A Master’s degree is preferred. S/he will have at least 3 years of successful teaching experience and will complete Level 1 and 2 background screenings and Virtus training.Additionally, s/he should be able to understand and support Rosarian’s vision, mission and values, understanding the unique nature of a Catholic, Independent school environment.

  • Rosarian Academy seeks substitute teachers for daily instructional needs. This is a per diem position that is required for Early Childhood, Lower and Middle School. Qualifications: A BA degree and experience teaching students in one or more divisions: Early Childhood, Lower School and Middle School. Teaching and or Assistant Teaching experience is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills as well as a love for working with children or young adults is required.
