About Rosarian Academy
Rosarian Academy, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, is a prestigious, independent Catholic school, which began classes in 1925. Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, FL, Rosarian was established in 1925 under the vision of Bishop Barry, who recognized the need for a Catholic educational institution in southern Florida.
Founded by the Adrian Dominican Sisters, it offers a coeducational environment from Early Childhood through 8th grade. The Academy is grounded in Dominican values, including truth, compassion, and community service. It provides a balanced, well-rounded education focused on academic excellence, faith, and character development.
The school’s Early Childhood program is Montessori-based, fostering independence and creativity from a young age, following the Montessori philosophy of learning through all five senses. For our lower school students, our dedicated teachers inspire confidence in each child through hands-on activities that nurture problem-solving skills and strengthen oral and written expression. Our middle school students engage in experiential learning through educational trips and service projects that build leadership, boost self-esteem, and foster global competence. Rosarian Academy’s curriculum features a dynamic STEM program that integrates science, technology, engineering, and math, preparing students for future academic success. Through partnerships with organizations like the Carnegie Science Center, students gain access to cutting-edge educational advancements, beginning with 3D printing, laser cutting, coding, and robotics in kindergarten. As they progress, students in grades 2-8 can join one of three robotics teams, further developing their skills and creativity in a collaborative setting.
