Palm Beach Daily News: Rosarian eighth-graders visit D.C. Ñ To help make their studies of American democracy and the U.S. Constitution more relevant, 29 Rosarian Academy eighth-graders and four chaperones recently toured Washington, D.C.
Among the sites the students toured in their three days were Arlington National Cemetery, several war memorials and the Library of Congress. They also received a private tour of the Supreme Court.
The students also toured George and Martha WashingtonÕs estate in Mount Vernon, Va.
