Thirty-five middle school students participated in the fourth annual Pumpkin Carving Party at The LordÕs Place Fily Cpus. The Rosarian students paired up with children who are currently housed by the organization to carve pumpkins, paint faces, make Halloween crafts and share stories. Through a school-wide effort, about 50 pumpkins and more than a dozen Halloween costumes were collected to donate to The LordÕs Place. The National Junior Honor Society organized the event and is planning a Christmas party for the youngsters in December.
Lower School students decorated Halloween bags and filled them with items such as puzzles and coloring books for the children at Palm Beach ChildrenÕs Hospital. The bags were distributed to the young patients through the Alliance for Kids.
