The Rosarian Academy Family Association and Ice Cream Social Co-Chairs Liz Vance and Nereyda Aquino celebrated Mardi Gras during lunch time on March 1 with an ice cream sundae bar. Students brought in $1 and enjoyed chocolate or vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, oreos, gummy bears, and sprinkles as toppings. Cherry Italian Ice was also available as a tasty treat. The smiles on the faces of the students showed their appreciation for such a special treat.
