Rosarian Academy held its school-wide spelling bee for middle school students on March 30 in the Rosarian Theater. All students in grades five through eight competed in class in order to qualify for the final spelling bee held in the theater. For each middle school grade level, six students qualified for the final competition. Those contestants were:

After many rounds and top-notch spelling, eighth-grader Mark Albury correctly spelled “halogen” and “calamitous” to win the Rosarian Spelling Bee. Sixth-grader Caroline Mischke earned runner-up. Congratulations to all the contestants on their achievements.
