Eleven students at Rosarian Academy in West Palm Beach competed in the Pine School Invitational Cross Country Meet Oct. 15 in Hobe Sound. Competing against six other schools in a two-mile course over sand and some challenging hills, fourth-grader Eleanor Hall finished second out of a group of 16 girls with a final time of 16:34:50, and sixth-grader Stephen Hall finished fifth out of 33 boys with a time of 13:38:08. Under the direction of coaches Katherine Murphy and C.C. Loynd, the girls team captured second place overall and the boys, third place.
