ROSARIAN ACADEMY UNDERWRITING & SPONSORSHIP PARTY: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22
WHAT:
Rosarian Academy held an underwriting and sponsorship appreciation party Friday, October 22, 2021, for all who made monetary donations of $500 or more to support the school’s 42nd Annual Auction & Ball. Hosts Mark Freitas and Jason Zitter prepared an intimate evening with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at The Palm Beach Yacht Club.
Underwriting and sponsorship gifts make up at least 50% of the auction proceeds each year. Underwriting gifts go directly to the school’s bottom line and are a vital part of the 42nd annual Auction & Ball, which will take place on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the Norton Museum of Art.
The Auction is being chaired by Mary Freitas, Rosarian Academy Class of 1987, and Lauren Zitter, and 2020 Chair, Colleen Orrico, Class of 1987, will be honored. The other Honorary Chairs include former Rosarian parents: Jane Kreusler-Walsh (1987 Chair), Cathy Moore (1988 Chair), Cathy Flagg (1989 Chair), Joey Bulfin (1992 Chair), and Mary Ferol DiFilippo (1992 Chair). This group, collectively known as the “Flamingos,” has a decades-long tradition and friendship that inspired this year’s auction & ball’s flamingo theme.
Some of the major sponsors to date include Dee & Tommy Hilfiger, Cathy & Jack Flagg, Charlene & Richard Johnson, Beth & Sean Lang, Mary & Mark Freitas, and Lauren & Jason Zitter.
