Rosarian Academy parents Marcello and Diane Fiorentino opened their restaurant for a dinner honoring the members of the school’s 1925 Society.
The Appreciation Dinner took place April 28 at La Sirena.
The 1925 Society, named for the school’s founding year, comprises donors of $1,925 or more to the school’s annual campaign.
The evening, hosted and prepared by the Fiorentinos, included cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a five-course menu of bruschetta di Capri, yellowtail oreganata, risotto, cotoletta di vitello zingara, and tiramisu.
Rosarian students and alumni acting as wait staff for the evening were Joey Arrigo, Class of 2015; Christian Azqueta ’18, Isabella Fiorentino ’17, Marcello Fiorentino ’21, Parker Pressly ’21, Logan Ray ’21, and Whitney Ray ’23.
The 2018-19 Rosarian Fund was the most successful in school history, surpassing its goal of $325,000.
More than 50 people attended, including Mary and Mark Freitas, Jean and William Koeppel, Stephanie and Joseph LaNasa, Kristy and Grier Pressly, Rachel and David Supple, Allison and Winston Wren, Margaretand Jim Arrigo, Julie and Greg Quattlebaum, and representatives of the Adrian Dominican Sisters.
Proceeds benefit Rosarian Academy, an independent, Catholic school in downtown West Palm Beach sponsored by the Adrian Dominican Sisters.
