Rosarian in the Afternoons (RITA) and Aftercare
Rosarian In The Afternoons (RITA) is Rosarian Academy’s after-school care program designed to provide a safe, structured, and enjoyable environment for students beyond regular school hours. RITA is available for students from Early Childhood through 8th grade, offering a range of activities such as homework assistance, arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play. The program runs from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m., giving working parents a flexible option for after-school care.

RITA fosters a sense of community and enrichment, ensuring students have opportunities to engage in creative and educational activities while under the supervision of caring staff. The program is tailored to meet the needs of various age groups, allowing younger students time for relaxation and play, while older students can focus on completing their homework or engaging in more structured activities.
One of the key benefits of RITA is its ability to extend the school day in a meaningful way, offering students both socialization and learning opportunities outside the traditional classroom setting. Through activities like martial arts, creative dance, and Challenge Island, students explore new interests while building time management skills, balancing leisure, homework, and extracurriculars. Additionally, students have the chance to interact with peers from different grade levels, fostering their teamwork, communication, and social development during RITA hours, further enhancing their experience at Rosarian Academy.

Aftercare is unavailable during summer camp.
Junior Toddler to 8th Grade Aftercare is from 3:00 – 6:00 PM.
In Aftercare, students engage in fun activities and study time, along with a healthy snack. By signing a student up for Aftercare, parents acknowledge that students will be integrated with students from other cohorts and grades.
Aftercare for the 2026-2027 school year is available each quarter and yearly, with registration closing on the first day of the term. There are no daily drop-ins for the 2026-2027 school year. Students who are not enrolled in Aftercare and are not picked up by 3:20 PM will incur a charge of $250.00.
Aftercare is available on all full school days. Check the school calendar for days when there is no aftercare or when it ends early.

- Spaces are limited; first-come, first-served.
- Pick up from Aftercare will be from Gate 3 (outside the Chapel) with the exception of Early Childhood students in Aftercare who will be picked up from Gate 1 (outside the Stockard Learning Center).
- Parent, or driver authorized by parent, must sign out the student.
- No refunds will be issued.

Quarterly Registration & Yearly Registration
Aftercare will be available each quarter, with registration closing on the first day of the term. We also offer yearly registration.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Aftercare Payment
Payment is required before the first day of your child’s aftercare.
Late Fee
Students who are not enrolled in Aftercare and are not picked up by 3:20 PM will receive two warnings with a $50 fee each before a $250 late fee is applied on the third offense.

No Aftercare: 3/05 No School: 12/21 through 1/04, 1/18, 2/15 & 2/26
4th Quarter
March 31 – June 4, 2027
No Aftercare: 5/27 & 6/04 No School: 3/22 through 3/30, 5/28 & 5/31
Rosarian offers a variety of summer camps, including Challenge Island, volleyball, musical theatre, basketball, All-Time Favorite Games, math camps, and more! Details about our summer camp programs, schedules, and registration will be announced by March 2027—stay tuned!
We provide students with exciting opportunities for involvement in a variety of areas, allowing them to explore and expand their talents and interests beyond the regular classroom setting after the school day ends.
