Four Rosarian Academy Students Participate in PSA for The First Tee with Sergio Garcia

Four Rosarian Academy StudentsÑCaleb Curtis (fifth grade), Christopher Curtis (eighth grade), Frances Melendez (seventh grade) and Gabriella Melendez (eighth grade)Ñrecently had the opportunity to hang out and golf with PGA Tour player Sergio Garcia while filming a Public Service Announcement for The First Tee.

Caleb, Christopher, Frances, and Gabriella are participants of The First Tee of The Palm Beaches, a major youth development progr in Palm Beach County which was established with the support of the Michael B. Finnegan Foundation, the PGA of erica and The Honda Classic. The founding mission of the foundation is to help children with disabilities but The First Tee offers the opportunity for all students to learn life skills and life enhancement opportunities through the ge of golf, including Nine Core Values and Nine Healthy Habits. The Nine Core Values are honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy and judgment. The Nine Healthy Habits are energy, play, safety, vision, mind, fily, friends, school and community.
