Rosarian Cross Country Team Sprints To Finish

Students from Rosarian Academy have been raking in ribbons for their efforts on the course and in the pool lately.

In the season-ending cross-country competition at Cardinal Newman High School, four Raiders harriers won ribbons, led by Trey Wagner, who took first place among fourth- and fifth-grade boys and finished third overall among boys in the fourth- to eighth-grade competition. Other top finishes were posted by Sloane Clarke, Jack Hansen and Iliana Beauchamp.

Rosarian also claimed an overall championship in the 28th Invitational Swim Meet at Lake Lytal Pool.

Leading the winning effort for the Raiders were Owen Williams and Matty Cohen, who each won four first-place ribbons. Olivia Wagner won three blue ribbons and Finn Beylo, Savanna Anderson and Max Griffin won two each.

Individual event winners were John Beebe, Jack Beylo, Tessa Brown, Emma Chopin, Madison Darsch, Charlotte Jordan, Eleanor Hall,, Michael McDonald, Sawyer Treadway and George Weston.
