Solid Sprint to the Finish for Rosarian Cross Country Team

The Rosarian cross country team competed in their final championship meet on November 7th at Cardinal Newman High School. The runners participating included Iliana Beauchamp (7th), Sloane Clarke (5th), Jack Hansen (4th), Chase Rehm (4th), Brandon Rinker (4th), and Trey Wagner (5th).

33 girls and 47 boys completed the 1.5 mile course, including runners from All Saints Catholic School, The Greene School, St. Clare, St. Juliana, St. Vincent Ferrer, and The Weiss School. Four of the Rosarian racers earned ribbons: Trey Wagner (1st place, 4th-5th grade boys), Sloane Clarke (2nd place: 4th-5th grade girls), Jack Hansen (4th place, 4th-5th grade boys), Iliana Beauchamp (5th place, 6th-8th grade girls). Trey Wagner also finished third overall for all 4th-8th grade boys competing.

Rosarian Academy, founded in 1925, educates students from early childhood through eighth grade and offers an exceptionally strong academic program enriched by athletics, visual and performing arts, and community service opportunities. STEM, coding, art, drama, music theory, and Spanish classes begin in kindergarten.
