Middle school students will perform the musical comedy “The Addams Family” at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday. The show features Harper Throop as Wednesday Addams; Grey Bauer and Emma Hardyman as her parents, Gomez and Morticia; and Nicholas Stewart as Lucas Beineke, the “normal” young man Wednesday loves. The cast and crew is led by Theatre Arts Director Robert Sherman, with choreography by Jeanne Bennet and musical direction by Gay Dedo. The set is professionally designed by Dean Landhuis. Tickets are $6 for students, $12 for adults, and can be purchased at www.ra.booktix.com. The school is at 807 N. Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach.
The school is partnering with Carnegie Science Center as the first Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway partner in the state. The program is designed to help schools adopt best practices in STEM education.
