Rosarian Academy Honors Its Underwriters and Sponsors

Rosarian Academy kicked off its 40th Annual Auction and Ball with an appreciation party at the home of Darlene and Jerry Jordan on Friday, January 11, 2019. The hosts, including Desiree Luccio and Reed Frerichs, prepared an intimate evening with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres to honor those underwriting and sponsoring the school’s upcoming Auction & Ball.

Over 115 attendees enjoyed the exquisite waterfront view of the Lake Trail home while listening to electric violinist, Timothee Lovelock, and dining on delicious bites, including lamb chops, fresh ahi tuna, chicken & waffles, and much more. Leading up to the January 11th party, $100,000 in underwriting and sponsorship was raised.

Underwriting and sponsorship gifts make up 40% of the auction proceeds and go directly to the school’s bottom line. These monies are a vital part of the funds needed to operate Rosarian Academy.

Some of the sponsors to date include: Rob & Ellen Acosta, Ann-Britt & Christian Angle, Amy & John Bahl, Margaret & Jim Arrigo, Joy & Damien Barr, Boyes, Farina & Matwicsyk, Christian Angle Real Estate, Melinda & Steve Duncker, Equity Land Title, Nicole & Jason Guari, Infants & Children, P.A., John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning, Darlene & Jerry Jordan, Cristina & Desmond Keogh, Bridget & Bill Koch,  Jennifer & Rocco Marcello, Beth & Sean Lang, Stephanie & Joseph LaNasa, Desiree Luccio & Reed Frerichs, Kristy & Grier Pressly, Kelly & Joe Rooney, Allison & Winston Wren.

This year’s Auction and Ball, Venetian Gala 2019: Celebrating 40 Years of the Rosarian Academy Auction & Ball, will be held at Eau Palm Beach on Saturday, March 9, 2019. Auction Chairs, Mary Damiano, Hayley Jarvi, and Emanuela Marcello, are planning a Venetian masquerade for hundreds of members of the Rosarian community. The fundraiser will include silent and live auctions, dinner, and dancing.

Charlene and Richard Johnson, past Rosarian Academy parents and current Rosarian grandparents, will be the Honorary Auction Chairs and attended the appreciation party. Charlene served as an Auction Chair in 1997.
